A Note From Sue

For several years, Eat Thrive Heal was a space where I shared joyful experiments in using whole foods to nourish the body, mind, and spirit. The recipes here still reflect everything I believe about food as a source of vitality, comfort, and healing.

Fresh whole foods have always inspired the recipes and reflections on this site.

At the moment, my creative energy is focused in other areas of my life. I’m not actively posting new content right now, but the information on this blog is still meaningful and relevant. I’m choosing to keep it online so that anyone who is seeking healing, nourishment, or curiosity in their kitchen can still find something helpful here.
